WARP was contracted by a top 100 Environmental & Engineering consultancy to undertake an analysis of the waste management consultancy market and to identify areas for growth and development.  The study involved

  • Review of existing work areas and disciplines covered by the client
  • Identification of potential markets and sectors
  • Identification of competition working in those markets and sectors; comparison of the client’s relative position
  • Prepare an Action plan for delivery including proposals for organic growth and growth through acquisition with suggested targets

WARP achieved this through a combination of desk study and data collection, staff interviews, SWOT analysis.

The client has since made some strategic acquisitions and recruited staff to provide new resources in key areas.
