Waste and Resources Projects Ltd was established in 2013 to provide an additional resource to organisations to fulfil short to medium term project management needs or to cover one-off resource, waste management and renewables projects.

Based in the West Midlands WARP is led by Judith Harper, who brings her wealth of experience and industry expertise to providing professional waste and resource management services. Judith has been involved in the industry since the days when landfill was prominent, and has seen it develop and rise up the waste hierarchy to meet the circular economy scenario of today.
